MG is coming to your doorsteps with its Online Garage Services.

As many car dealerships now adapt to the new normal, MG Philippines has launched a new program that aims to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 while still providing excellent service to its clients.

With that being said, MG launched the Online Garage Services that will provide customers professional vehicle diagnoses through a video chat. If service is required, then MG will be sending its technicians to work on a vehicle right in the customer’s home.

Moreover, MG reassured its customers that its technicians are trained to practice safety and hygiene precautions to ensure the safety of both its customers and employees when conducting house calls.

"This will ensure that the needs of each client are fulfilled while adhering to the global recommendation to practice safe social distancing and limiting the number of people in dealerships at any given time," said MG.

MG Philippines is also imposing safety protocols for customers who are visiting its dealerships. Some of these are body temperature scanning prior to entry, providing footpad disinfectants and hand sanitizer dispensers, and scheduled sanitation of all areas in its dealership facility.
