The BMW M3 has been around for 34 years since its first global release. In May 2016, the brand celebrated the M3’s 30th year anniversary with the M3 30 Years variant which was also launched to the Philippine market. After a facelift, the fourth-generation model BMW M3 Sedan CS was launched in May 2018.
The BMW M3 comes with an aggressive face with the brand’s iconic kidney grille and air vents, flanked by sleek LED headlamps. Character lines provide a contouring effect around the sports sedan which makes it look even more athletic and robust. These design elements not only serve aesthetic purposes but also aerodynamics. Completing the sporty yet elegant styling are 18-inch alloy wheels that are equipped with run-flat tires.
The balance of sportiness and sophistication extends to the interior of the BMW M3. Much like other M Series sedans, it comes with the BMW signature driver-oriented cockpit with a multi-function steering wheel and a slew of controls from the center console and instrument panel.
The generously spaced cabin comes with leather upholstered seats that are equipped with power adjustability and heating.
On the dashboard is a touch screen LCD infotainment system with connected to BMW iDrive. The system provides easy access for drivers to activate safety controls, navigation features, and the entertainment package. Smart phones and gadgets can also be synced to the system through Bluetooth connectivity.
What makes the BMW M3 stand out is its wide range of safety features that cover all bases for a sports sedan. Among the long list are an Anti-Lock Braking System, Electronic Brake Distribution, Brake Assist, Vehicle Stability Control System, Parking Sensors, Back-Up Camera, Crash Sensors, Tire Pressure Warning, and a Post Collision Safety System that are furnished as standard.
