The meter cluster of the Jimny features a distinctive design – looks like a classic flight instrument due to its hairline finished meter cluster garnish. It illuminates orange readings for its tachometer, speedometer, and vehicle information. This gives its owners an old school feels while driving which we think is a well put detail.

It is installed with a 9-inch touchscreen multimedia audio unit that comes with offline navigation, USB connectivity, mirror link connectivity for Android, and Bluetooth connectivity. But the best part about the infotainment screen is the off-road function called Clinometer Display (available only on the GLX variant).

The Clinometer Display includes a compass, altimeter, and barometer. It also measures the Jimny’s angle of slope via its pitching and rolling display. With this, it helps the driver run through off-road with a better understanding of the current condition of the Jimny.

Two front speakers are included all across the Jimny variants, while the GLX is the only variant that comes with two more speakers located at the back.

Both the GL MT and GL AT variants use a manual air-conditioning that gives a good classic center console aesthetics. For a modern look, the top-spec GLX variant comes with an automatic air-conditioning.

The Suzuki Jimny gives a generous amount of safety features. All Jimny variants come with SRS dual front airbags, pedal release system (brake and clutch), ISOFIX child seat anchorages (x2), side-impact door beams, anti-lock brake system, electronic stability program, hill hold control, hill descent control, and reverse parking sensors.

As standard, the Jimny comes with fabric seat upholstery material for its four seats – the rear seats have a 50:50-split single-folding configuration. The front seat cushion frames are 70mm wide and 55mm taller seatbacks contribute to good shock absorption. The sliding range for the front seats is 240mm or 9.4 inches.

Urethane chrome shift knobs are used on the GL variants while urethane piano black on the top-spec variant. All variants come with three-position front cabin light, assist grips passenger’s side, chrome parking brake release button, chrome inside door handle, and black door lock knob.
