Mazda Philippines joins the global celebration of the brand’s 100th year anniversary by introducing limited-edition models of the Mazda3 and the MX-5.
According to Mazda PH, only 15 examples for the Mazda3, and 24 for the Mazda MX-5, will be made available in the Philippines to mark the brand’s historic milestone.
The MX-5 looks sleek as always
The 100th-anniversary special edition models sport a Snowflake White Pearl finish with red seats and floor carpets. The said color scheme symbolizes the brand’s retro motif as well as its ‘Never Stop Challenging’ spirit.
“For 100 years now, Mazda has remained true to its promise of making cars that defy convention,” shares Mazda Philippines president and CEO, Steven Tan.

“As we celebrate a century of manufacturing, design, and engineering expertise, we also would like to thank our customers by letting them commemorate this milestone with us. By making these 100th Anniversary Special Edition models available in the Philippines, Mazda acknowledges the passion of our loyal customers,” Tan added.

To make the limited edition models even more unique, Mazda integrates a special 100th-anniversary logo on the seat headrests, the wheel center caps, and the key fobs of each commemorative model. On the other hand, Mazda 100th Anniversary badges embellish the fender wings and floor mats.

Of note, only 700 units of the 100th-anniversary special edition Mazda models will be produced and sold globally. As such, the Philippines got allocation for 39 of these special edition models.
So, if you want a vehicle that’s unique and special, the Mazda3 and Mazda MX-5 100th-anniversary models can truly be considered a commemorative vehicle.
Special 100th Anniversary badge
The Mazda3 100th-anniversary edition is priced at Php 1,570,000 with an optional Mazdaspeed body kit for Php 75,000. On the other hand, the Mazda MX-5 100th-anniversary model comes with a retail price of Php 2,335,000 for the open-air Soft Top with automatic transmission.
It is also available as a Retractable Fastback with either a manual transmission for Php 2,390,000 or an automatic transmission for Php 2,480,000.
