The French lion brand is ending the year with a bang.

Peugeot Philippines officially opens the doors of two new dealerships in the Visayan region.

Peugeot Cebu

Managed by the Gateway Group, the Peugeot Cebu and Peugeot Negros are the company’s latest addition to its fast-growing network. Peugeot Philippines started its rapid expansion campaign last January 2022 when it appointed Astara as its new distributor, marking a relaunch of the brand locally.

“Customer response to our brand has truly been remarkable since re-launching in January, proving that more and more Filipinos are drawn to the allure of driving a Peugeot. We’re also making great progress with opening new showrooms and service facilities in partnership with our dealers, which is key to enhancing the ownership experience of our customers,” said Peugeot Philippines Head Maricar Parco.

Peugeot Negros

Located along Gorondo Avenue, Cebu City, the Peugeot Cebu has a 481 sqm. facility with a 3-car showroom display and three service bays. Meanwhile, Peugeot Negros has a 520 sqm. facility built with a 4-car showroom and two service bays. It is located at Zone 15, National Highway, Brgy. Matab-ang, Talisay City.

Part of the rapid expansion plan is the reworked lineup that consists of the 2008, 3008, and 5008, which are all crossovers. Peugeot Philippines has also an entry into the 8-seater MPV market with the Traveller Premium. These Peugeot vehicles were all launched this year.

Numbers-wise, the French lion brand managed to achieve 297 percent year-over-year growth at the close of November. This is a new record for the brand in the country. With the two new dealerships, Peugeot Philippines will be competing in the market stronger for the years to come.

Peugeot Traveller

But before this year ends, Peugeot Philippines is looking to open three more dealerships in Luzon: Balintawak and Manila Bay in Metro Manila, Santa Rosa in Laguna, and Bocaue in Bulacan. The company will also soon roll out various sales and service programs starting January next year to enhance its customers’ ownership experience.

“Everything we do, every experience we offer, epitomizes the power of allure. It is what draws our customers to buy our vehicles, and it is what will keep them coming back as customers for life,” added Parco.
