Maxus Philippines officially opens a new dealership in Makati City, its 8th dealership since the Chinese car brand’s debut in the country in June 2019. The new dealership signifies the brand’s dedication to further expand its business network across the country.

Present in the ceremonial ribbon cutting were executives from Maxus Philippines and AC Motors including AC Motors Automobile Group Antonio Zara III, Automobile Central Enterprise Inc. President Felipe Estrella III, Maxus Philippines General Manager Jun Cajayon, and Iconic Dealership Inc. Chief Operating Officer Bob Palanca.

“Maxus Philippines moves forward with its expansion plans, as this not only expresses our faith that the local economy will recover and pick up where it left off before the pandemic, expansion also strengthens the Maxus brand integrity among Filipino motorists,” said Maxus Philippines General Manager Jun Cajayon.

It will be adding service bays soon

The new Maxus Makati dealership is situated along Osmeña Highway in Magallanes that can showcase up to five Maxus vehicles. Soon, Maxus Philippines will be adding a workshop in its new dealership to accommodate multiple Maxus vehicles at a time.

Entering the local market with two vehicles only, the brand has also now expanded its lineup to cater to different mobility needs. This lineup includes the Maxus G10 minivan, Maxus G50 MPV, Maxus V80 Van, Maxus T60 pickup truck, and the new Maxus D60 which was launched by the brand last February.

“Makati City is the beating heart of the country’s financial and business sectors, and this is also where Filipinos from all walks of life converge. Now that a Maxus dealership is in Makati City, we can be sure that Maxus vehicles will be even more within reach of our target clientele,” said Iconic Dealership Inc. Chief Operating Officer Bob Palanca.

Offering Filipinos with large vehicles

In addition, Maxus Philippines stated that it will be adding more dealerships this year starting in Alabang this July and then in Davao this September. Both upcoming dealerships are expected to expand Maxus’ business and service network in the country as Alabang and Davao are two of the fastest-growing economic engines in the country.
