Maxus Philippines introduced the G10 model as their entry to the minivan segment. The nameplate is marketed primarily towards Filipino families who frequently find themselves on the road. Its standard minivan styling is made more refined by Maxus to suit the evolving taste of the market when it comes to family vehicles. The G10 is equipped with dual-sliding doors, projector halogen headlights, LED taillights, and fog lamps on both front and rear. Its 9-seat configuration comes with four captain seats with electronic controls for easier adjustments. An alternate variant of the G10, which is the G10 Assist offers a swivel seat made especially for passengers with physical disabilities. On the dashboard is a 7-inch infotainment system that provides on-board entertainment. It is also attached to the reverse cameras which is an added safety feature of the vehicle. Both variants of the minivan come with 1.9-liter diesel engines paired with automatic transmissions. It produces high power outputs at low emission levels and improved fuel efficiency.

Launch

Maxus launched the G10 to the Philippine automotive market in June 2019. Initially, only one variant was introduced. However, immediately following the G10’s take-up, Maxus Philippines released the G10 Assist variant. The latter caters to a specific market of families with PWD’s or with elderly companions. The model comes in five colors: silver, gray, white, gold, and black.
