With that in mind, Nissan Philippines could bring in the new Navara before the year ends, depending on the launch date in Thailand. Or Nissan Philippines could launch the 2021 Navara in early 2021. With that, expect the local midsize pickup segment to be a battle royale as Isuzu Philippines also plans to introduce the new D-Max next year.
2021 Nissan Navara: Expected Price
The 2021 Nissan Navara is one of the most affordable pickup trucks available in the market. With this, we think that it is safe to assume that its price is one of its selling points.
Despite the updates, one can expect the Nissan Philippines will not significantly increase the price of the Navara to keep it in the competition. Plus, there is a rumor that the 2021 Nissan Navara will be manufactured locally in Mitsubishi’s factory but we think it is unlikely to happen.
If the next-generation Navara will somehow be manufactured locally, then we can expect it to have a slight dip in terms of the price range. As for the current 2020 model, the base model is priced at Php 929,000, while the top-spec variant is priced at Php 1,635,000.
