The 2023 Great Wall Motor (GWM) Haval Jolion has officially launched for the Philippine market with one hybrid variant and three internal combustion-powered variants with an introductory price ranging from Php 998,000 to Php 1,588,000.

Exterior
Where styling is concerned, the Haval Jolion gets the familiar crossover silhouette for the most part. However, some of its more unique design details are found on its front, namely, its large octagonal mesh grille flanked by a pair of T-shaped headlamp clusters.

Within the headlamp clusters of the Haval Jolion is a set of LEDs that functions as its main source of forward illumination. There are two different powertrains for the Haval Jolion. The more powerful option present on the top-spec Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) Supreme variant is a 1.5-liter engine that is paired with a 115kW hybrid gearbox. At the most, this hybrid powertrain can churn out up to 186 horsepower and 375 Nm of torque.
This model uses a rotary-style gear shifter
The other engine option is an internal combustion-only 1.5-liter turbocharged mill that can produce up to 141 horsepower and 220 Nm of torque. It then uses a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Available drive modes aboard the Jolion include standard, sport, eco, and snow.
