Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH), the country’s pioneer compact car distributor, will be adding yet another branch to its extensive network. The groundbreaking ceremony for its future Taguig City dealership was held on the same day that SPH opened its newest outlet in Bacolod City.
The future Suzuki Auto Taguig
The new Suzuki Auto Taguig will be managed by Zoom Hub Inc., making it the first partnership for the two companies. Present at the groundbreaking ceremony were the entire operations team of Suzuki Taguig, together with officers from Zoom Hub, and the department heads of Suzuki Philippines.
“It has been more than a year since the world first experienced the beginnings of this global pandemic. Now we are finally seeing a glimpse of the light at the end of a long tunnel, especially that another new experienced partner in the automotive industry finally teams up with us, Zoom Hub Inc.,” said SPH General Manager for Automobile Division Mr. Keiichi Suzuki.
The ceremony was held virtually
Strategically located at Brgy. Ususan in Taguig City, the 1,130-sqm Suzuki Auto Taguig will be capable of displaying up to three Suzuki models at a time. It will also feature six working bays to accommodate Suzuki vehicles for after-sales programs such as preventive maintenance service (PMS).
Customers from Taguig and nearby cities will soon be closer to the Japanese car brand’s local lineup, starting from the entry-level Suzuki S-Presso to its most premium model, the Suzuki Jimny. Most of the Suzuki models offered in the country come with characteristics that make them ideal family vehicles such as affordability, efficiency, and practicality.

“With the vast experience of this group, I am very much confident of what’s to come with this new addition. I’m inspired by the way our company has risen to the challenge of the past year – with continuous hard work, courage, and most importantly, compassion,” concluded Mr. Suzuki.
