Geely Philippines, under the Management of Sojitz G Auto Philippines (SGAP), has recently opened a new customer care hotline. This new service will drastically improve the car brand’s ability to reach out to its clients who have inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle servicing, parts availability, and even vehicle sales.
Reaching Geely is now easier with this new hotline
According to SGAP President and CEO Yosuke Nishi, Geely as well as SGAP recognizes the importance of providing a clear and seamless line for customers to avail their offered services. To this end, it has launched this new customer-centric management system.
Beyond that, this customer hotline will serve to gain more positive customer feedback for Geely. Do note that this is important for the said marque, as it is relatively new to the local market. A brand, which the SGAP President himself says is “in it for the long haul.”
The new customer hotline also ties into the fact that Geely Philippines has already expanded its presence nationwide. It already has a total of 24 operational dealerships in many regions of the Philippines, and the said hotline can help address the challenges brought about by a larger dealership network.
Geely Philippine’s customer care hotline can be reached at (8) 332-5399 / (8) 332-5441. The said numbers are available from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. On holidays, one can reach the hotline by dialing 09178358218.
Other questions can also be directed via email at customer.care@geelyph.com.
