Ford Philippines did a splendid job in terms of sales last year as it finish third in the 2021 sales race. But aside from sales, the company has been consistent in being a trusty organization as Muntinpula City recognized Ford Philippines as one of its top corporate taxpayers in 2021.

The Blue Oval company has been making the list of top 10 taxpayers in the said city since it moved its corporate headquarters to Alabang last 2014. This reflects the car brand’s commitment to providing not only the best vehicles for Filipino car buyers, but also to becoming a responsible business organization in the country.
“We truly appreciate the Muntinlupa City local government unit for recognizing our contribution to the city as a responsible taxpayer. This citation is a true testament to our commitment to good governance and corporate citizen practices,” said Ford Philippines Managing Director Michael Breen.

Present in the recognition ceremony were Ford Philippines Managing Director Michael Breen, City Administrator Engr. Allan Cachuela, City Mayor Jaime Fresnedi, and Congressman for the lone district of Muntinlupa, Ruffy Biazon. It was held at Muntinlupa’s 27th Cityhood Anniversary at Muntinlupa Sports Complex last March 1.
Ford Philippines manages to stay afloat thanks to its wide array of vehicles starting from the entry-level Ford EcoSport to the flagship Mustang. It even offers a light commercial vehicle (LCV) with the Ford Transit which is capable of seating up to 15 passengers in its very spacious cabin.
Following its impressive run last year, Ford Philippines is expected to grow in the local market, especially with its clean track record and the loosening of quarantine restrictions. With the lower alert level, the company recently shared four tips to motorists on what to do before heading out for a road trip so they can stay safe on the go.
