Car buying experience around the world has been reshaped due to the growing threats of the COVID-19 virus. The Covenant Car Company, Inc. (TCCCI), the official distributor of Chevrolet vehicles in the country, has adapted to the change by launching its online car buying platform.

The brand calls it Shop. Click. Drive., an online shopping platform catered to Filipino car buyers to help them buy the Chevrolet vehicle best suited for their needs. It is a global program by Chevrolet’s parent company, General Motors, and is now available in the country.

With Chevrolet Philippines’ Shop. Click. Drive., Filipino car buyers can find the right Chevrolet vehicle that complements their lifestyle. The Shop. Click. Drive. is built with a comprehensive search function that comes with a filter feature to help customers personalized their search.

Moreover, it also comes with a compare function where customers can choose up to three Chevrolet vehicles with their chosen variant and compare each’s various features such as the engine, interior, and exterior.

After finding the right Chevrolet, customers can now send an inquiry, book a test drive, or set an appointment with their preferred dealership and a Chevrolet Sales Consultant should assist them through the process.

To comply with the strict preventive measures, the Shop. Click. Drive. allows customers to pay via its flexible payment options online through its local payment gateway partner, PayMongo. Vehicle reservations and other service payments can also be paid online through credit card and GCash.

Lastly, Chevrolet Philippines can deliver the newly-bought vehicle at their customer’s homes or preferred location, if they chose to. Of note, Chevrolet Philippines is expecting that customers will follow preventive measures such as wearing of face mask and physical distancing during the vehicle turnover.

“We witnessed the shift in the purchasing journey of digital-savvy Filipino car buyers and we wanted to build a platform that will integrate Chevrolet in that process,” TCCCI President and Chief Executive Officer Atty. Alberto B. Arcilla said.

“The launch of Shop. Click. Drive. is an exciting addition to our already focused digital programs, which allow us to meet our customers in the digital space and provide them with a simple and effortless car purchasing experience,” Arcilla added.
