One can say that Chery Auto Philippines has been doing the right things since its relaunch in the country last 2019. United Asia Automotive Group Inc. (UAAGI), Chery’s official distributor, offers a strategic crossover-only lineup, attractive after-sales programs, among others.
Chery Tiggo 7 Pro
This statement is backed by Chery Auto Philippines’ consistent sales improvement in the local market. In fact, based on the recent report by the Chinese car brand, its sales performance went up by 280 percent from January to August 2021 over the same period last year.
Part of this massive sales improvement is the addition of the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro which made its Philippine debut last January 2021. It is one of the popular models of Chery in the country thanks to the competitive styling and features it offers to those in the market of a crossover.
The Tiggo 7 Pro is a fruitful addition to Chery's local lineup
There are plenty of significant sales performances showed by the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro. Just after 30 days of sitting in the local lineup, the first batch of the compact crossover was already sold out. And in Chery Auto Philippines’ July 2021 sales, the said model paved the way for the car brand to top its 2020 sales in the first seven months of this year.
Stylish and feature-loaded Tiggo crossovers
Another factor as to why the Chinese car brand manages to continuously improve its sales figures is its aggressive dealership expansion. This year, UAAGI inaugurated dealerships in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Nueva Ecija, and Cagayan De Oro. Moreover, it expects dealerships in Pasay, Cebu, Subic, and Pangasinan to be constructed before the year ends.
“The robust growth in both our sales and dealer network strengthens Chery Auto Philippines’ market confidence. It is inspiring to see the optimism and confidence not just within the Chery family, but in the resilient Filipino consumers as well,” said UAAGI and Chery Auto Philippines President Rommel Sytin.
