The Kia EV6 is a battery electric vehicle (EV) that falls in the crossover class. In the Philippines, its sole variant is the GT-Line Long Range and it comes with a price tag of Php 3,788,000. Purchasers of the EV6 are provided with a portable charger.
In terms of dimensions, the Kia EV6 GT-Line Long Range is 4,695mm long, 1,890mm wide, and 1,550mm in height. It also has a ground clearance of 160mm, and a wheelbase length of 2,900mm.
Propelling the EV6 is a permanent magnet synchronous motor that’s capable of dishing out 225 horsepower 350 Nm of torque. It also has an estimated range of around 500 kilometers on a single charge. Powering the said motor is a 77.4 kWh lithium-ion battery.
Locally, the Kia EV6’s prime competitor is the Hyundai Ioniq5.
Launch
The Kia EV6 was initially introduced globally on August 2021. It then debuted in the Philippine market in 2023. Locally, its sole available trim is the GT-Line Long Range, which is priced at Php 3,788,000. It comes packaged with a portable charger, a 5-year or 160,000-km vehicle warranty, as well as an 8-year or 160,000 km battery system warranty, whichever comes first. It also gets 5 years of free preventive maintenance service, and 5 years of free 24/7 roadside assistance.
Exterior
The Kia EV6 comes with plenty of exterior features, as expected from a high-tech, modern EV. It gets LED headlamps with an automatic function, LED daytime running lamps, LED taillights, auto-folding side mirrors, and a rear spoiler.

Interior
Up to five can take a seat inside the EV6. Its occupants are then kept comfortable by an automatic climate control system. Its seats are then clad in suede combined with leather accents. Likewise present are front and rear armrests, plenty of charging points, as well as ambient lighting.
