Kia EV6 2024 Price Philippines & Official Promos

The Kia EV6 is a battery electric vehicle (EV) that falls in the crossover class. In the Philippines, its sole variant is the GT-Line Long Range and it comes with a price tag of Php 3,788,000. Purchasers of the EV6 are provided with a portable charger.

In terms of dimensions, the Kia EV6 GT-Line Long Range is 4,695mm long, 1,890mm wide, and 1,550mm in height. It also has a ground clearance of 160mm and a wheelbase length of 2,900mm. 

Propelling the EV6 is a permanent magnet synchronous motor that’s capable of dishing out 225 horsepower 350 Nm of torque. It also has an estimated range of around 500 kilometers on a single charge. Powering the said motor is a 77.4 kWh lithium-ion battery.  

Locally, the Kia EV6’s prime competitor is the Hyundai Ioniq5. 

Kia EV6 Launch

The Kia EV6 was initially introduced globally in August 2021. It then debuted in the Philippine market in 2023. Locally, its sole available trim is the GT-Line Long Range, which is priced at Php 3,788,000. It comes packaged with a portable charger, a 5-year or 160,000-km vehicle warranty, as well as an 8-year or 160,000 km battery system warranty, whichever comes first. It also gets 5 years of free preventive maintenance service and 5 years of free 24/7 roadside assistance.

Kia EV6 Exterior

The Kia EV6 comes with plenty of exterior features, as expected from a high-tech, modern EV. It gets LED headlamps with an automatic function, LED daytime running lamps, LED taillights, auto-folding side mirrors, and a rear spoiler. 

Also present on this EV model is a power tailgate, rain-sensing wipers, and a panoramic sunroof.

Kia EV6 Interior

Up to five can take a seat inside the EV6. Its occupants are then kept comfortable by an automatic climate control system. Its seats are then clad in suede combined with leather accents. Likewise present are front and rear armrests, plenty of charging points, as well as ambient lighting. 

The driver of this EV model is then provided with a push-to-start button, a 12.3-inch LCD panoramic instrument cluster, power-adjustable front seats, etc.  

Tech & Safety

Handling the entertainment needs of the EV6’s occupants is a 12.3-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This headunit is then linked to a 14-piece Meridian sound system. Charging smartphones is then made easy via a wireless charging pad.  

Handling safety for this Kia model has a number of safety features. Standard features include anti-lock braking, stability control, hill-start assist, tire pressure monitoring, ISOFIX child seat anchors, as well as an anti-theft system. 

The driver is further assisted by a Smart Cruise Control system, blind spot detection, lane keep assist, lane following assist, forward collision avoidance assist, rear cross-traffic collision avoidance assist, a 360-degree camera, etc.  

Kia EV6 Chassis

The Kia EV6 uses a MacPherson strut for the front and a multi-link suspension for the rear. Braking is then handled by disc brakes for all four wheels, and it likewise gets an electronic parking brake with an auto-hold function.  

Kia EV6 Engine

The EV6 uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor and a 77.4 kWh battery. Together, this system can churn out 225 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. This EV drivetrain also has an estimated range of 500 kilometers. 

Power is then sent to the rear wheels of the EV6 via a single-speed automatic gearbox. It then gets three drive modes: normal, sport, and Eco mode.
