This year's Manila International Auto Show gets greenlight.

Worldbex Services International (WSI), the official event organizer of the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS), will soon be launching the annual car show event virtually named MIAS Wired. The said event will take place from December 16 to 20, 2020.

MIAS is one of the most anticipated car shows in the Philippines. In fact, it records more than 200,000 visitors every year with the participation of almost 1,000 partner brands and associations such as Chevrolet, Ford, and Motolite.

The 2020 Virtual MIAS Wired

The 2020 MIAS was first postponed on March 9, 2020 due to the rising numbers of COVID-19 cases in the country. With the MIAS Wired soon to commence, individuals can experience the show at the comfort of their homes.

Here are the things every spectator can expect from the virtual event:

  • Check the latest car models which will conquer the road soon
  • Get an insider’s access to the car showrooms at the comfort of their own space
  • Know the latest innovations and newest automotive trends
  • Meet possible partners and network in the automotive industry
  • Watch some activities and engagements designed for car enthusiasts

There are some new cars that were expected to be introduced in the postponed MIAS 2020 but are now officially launched in the local market virtually such as the Suzuki S-Presso and Jeep Gladiator. With that being said, it would be interesting to see what cars the auto show will bring to spectators.

Be sure to check MIAS' official website for pre-registration

Needless to say, unveiling cars virtually is now part of the new normal for most automotive companies to keep moving forward. Fortunately, MIAS has adapted this kind of approach. To those who wish to witness the auto show, the pre-registration for the MIAS Wired will start on December 4. Visit the official website of MIAS to know more.
