The carmaker is introducing the Mitsubishi Repair Assistance Program, aimed at customers whose Mitsubishi vehicles sustained damage from typhoon-related incidents. From November 16, 2020 to January 31, 2021, flood-related parts and repair services that have been ordered and invoiced will be entitled to the following discounts:

  • 30 percent off on all Electronic Control Units (ECU) including those for the engine, transmission, and airbags, as well as the Mitsubishi Electronic Time and Alarm Control System (ETACS)
  • 20 percent discount on related components such as electrical, body, engine, and maintenance parts (does not include lubricants)
  • 10 percent discount on labor

MMPC’s nationwide network of 55 dealerships will assign a designated area in their service bays for flood-damaged vehicles, to ensure faster and more efficient service. There will also be a dedicated team of service advisors and technicians for each branch, tasked to specifically handle flooded vehicle repairs and concerns.

Dealership personnel will also give prompt updates to affected customers on the availability and estimated arrival of the ordered parts. To make the experience even more convenient for customers, MMPC recommends that service appointments be scheduled through the Mitsubishi Service Connect app.

“We at MMPC are deeply concerned about the welfare and peace of mind of our customers,” said Rodhan Baller, MMPC’s After Sales Division Parts and Accessories Department Head. “Our goal is to get our customers mobile again so that they may return back to their normal routines.”

“Through the Mitsubishi Repair Assistance Program, typhoon-damaged vehicles will be looked after, and returned to their optimal state whenever possible, so that the impact of these natural calamities on our customers will be minimized.”
