The 2024 Mazda6 20th Anniversary Edition is now in the Philippines. Only 40 units of this special trim will be sold in the local market, and It is offered at a price of Php 2,200,000.

As per its name, this new trim celebrates the brand’s 20th-year anniversary. It was also showcased at the grand opening of the brand’s shiny new dealership located in C5, Pasig City.
As for how it looks, the Mazda6 20th Anniversary Edition gets two new paint jobs that enhance the car’s Kodo design language. These are the newly-developed Artisan Red Premium and Rhodium White Premium.
Artisan Red Premium is likened to the hue of mature red wine. The brighter Rhodium White Premium meanwhile, according to Mazda, is inspired by seeing beauty in simplicity - a well-known quality of Japanese aesthetics. Twenty of the Mazda 20th Anniversary Edition trim will come in the red-tinged hue, while the rest will come in white.
This limited-edition car also sports a high-gloss front grille and silver-finished 19-inch alloy wheels. Special badging is likewise found on each of its front fenders.

Its interior meanwhile, sports a mostly tan-colored cabin sprinkled with Leganu suede. The car’s seats are then wrapped in full-grain Nappa leather, while Its front seats specifically, feature 20th anniversary logos on their headrests. It also features a 10-way power adjustable driver’s seat, dual-zone automatic climate control, and an electric sunroof.
On-board entertainment is then provided by an eight-inch touchscreen linked to an 11-piece Bose sound system. The display’s wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are then paired with a wireless smartphone charging pad.
Under the hood, the 20th Anniversary Edtion trim gets the same 2.5-liter Skyactiv-G engine that’s found on the regular Mazda6 variants. It makes 187 horsepower and 252 Nm of torque. Power is then sent to its front wheels.

It also gets loads of active safety features like radar cruise control, front and rear Smart City Brake Support, driver attention alert, Smart Brake Support, lane departure warning, and blind spot monitoring, among others.
