On its official Facebook page, the Department of Transportation announced that walk-in clients seeking to renew or apply for a non-professional driver’s license are already being accepted at the Land Transportation Office - Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange Licensing Center (LTO-PITX).

Furthermore, the agency said that LTO-PITX is open Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. One can also have their driver’s license’s classification changed at the said location. The best part of this is that no appointment is needed to avail of these services.
For those unaware, we’ve reported before that LTO has opened a facility at PITX back in February 2022. It is a sizable facility and it can accommodate up to 150 clients per day. It also features a priority lane for persons with disabilities, pregnant women, senior citizens, as well as overseas Filipino workers.
The said LTO-PITX Licensing Center also has its own test-driving range located at its parking area. It is also fully air-conditioned, and features comfortable seating. No doubt, the LTO has ensured that this facility is able to provide a seamless experience for clients. And indeed, the government is promoting it as such.
If you need to renew or get a non-professional driver's license, doing it at PITX might be a good idea
As a reminder, those seeking to apply for a non-professional driver’s license must provide the following documentary requirements:
-A duly accomplished Application for Permits and Licenses (APL) form.
-One photocopy of a Practical Driving Course Certificate from an LTO accredited driving education center.
-For applicants aged 17 years old, they should provide proof of parent’s or guardian’s consent. This should state that it authorizes the minor to get a non-professional driver’s license, and it should include one photocopy of a parent or guardian’s government issued I.D.
-One’s original copy of a valid Student-Driver's Permit
-One photocopy and the original copy of a Medical Certificate.
-If employed, one’s Taxpayer's Identification Number.
