LTO offices in the NCR Plus area have been closed since April 5 due to the implementation of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ). The decision to close its offices is to help curb the transmission of the COVID-19 virus.
As the agency starts to resume operations in the NCR Plus, the LTO is reminding every individual who will visit its offices to strictly follow health and safety protocols. This is to ensure the safety of everyone and to prevent being infected by the COVID-19 virus.
LTO offices will also be implementing limited office operations with a skeletal workforce since the NCR Plus remains under MECQ. As a review, President Rodrigo Duterte has extended the MECQ period in the NCR Plus until May 14. Other places under MECQ are the following: Santiago City, Quirino, and Abra province.
