King of the truck mountain for 23 consecutive years.

Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC)  has retained its spot as the top truck brand in the Philippine market in 2022. This was confirmed by the 2022 Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) and Truck Manufacturers Association, Inc. (TMA)

Isuzu is the top truck brand in the Philippine market for 2022

As per the said report, Isuzu secured a 46.4 percent market share in the commercial vehicle segment. That equates to a total unit sale of 4,680. Leading that charge for the brand in this segment is the Isuzu N-Series light duty truck.

A total of 2,952 Isuzu units were also sold under the larger Category III. Lastly, the report also indicates that the brand did well in Category IV which are medium-duty trucks, and Category V or heavy-duty trucks.

With Isuzu PH’s status as the reigning best truck brand in 2022, this means that it is also its 23rd consecutive year in attaining the said accolade.

As to how IPC attained more than two decades of dominance in the truck market, the company itself attributes this to its dealer network’s “excellent after sales support”. So in order to continue that, IPC has strived to improve and update its dealer facilities. They also provide continuing education for their personnel, specifically their field support staff and service technicians.

The Isuzu N-Series

According to IPC President Noboru Murakami, IPC is the “leading provider of durable and reliable trucks, as well as the best transport and business solutions to Filipinos.” He then added that their durable products can, in a way, contribute to local businesses through their durable trucks, and IPC’s after sales services.

So are you one of the thousands that aided IPC in their truck dominance in the Philippine market? Are you using an Isuzu as a trusted partner in meeting your logistics and transport needs?
