Last August 2020, Ford Philippines added the Territory to its lineup which expanded its fleet of crossover, officially joining the EcoSport subcompact crossover. The Territory is a 5-seater compact crossover from the American automaker that is designed with sleek styling and lots of features.

After almost a year of competing in the local market, the Ford Philippines is now celebrating its 5,000th Ford Territory customer milestone. As of the end of June 2021, the Blue Oval company managed to sell 5,247 units of the compact crossover, translating to a 56 percent share in the local small SUV segment as of May 2021.
“This is a huge milestone for us at Ford and we send our immense appreciation to the growing community of Territory owners in the Philippines for their trust and support. We are very excited to bring the Territory to more Filipino customers who will definitely enjoy driving smart, safe, stylish, and feature-packed SUV,” said Ford Philippines Managing Director Michael Breen.

The Ford Territory is seated in between the EcoSport and Everest in terms of dimensions. The Territory is also Ford’s challenger in the growing crossover segment in the Philippines that includes vehicles such as the Geely Coolray, Kia Stonic, Volkswagen T-Cross, among others.
Inside, the Ford Territory comes with a panoramic moonroof, 360-degree around-view monitor, 10-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and Blind Spot Information System.

Under the hood, the compact crossover is powered by a 1.5-liter EcoBoost gasoline engine as standard, making 141 hp and 225 Nm of torque. The engine can be coupled to a continuously variable transmission (CVT) for the two variants. It is also equipped with a Sport Mode to provide drivers with a more spirited driving experience.
Ford Philippines offers the Territory at a starting price of Php 1,277,000 for the Trend variant and goes up to Php 1,310,000 for the top-of-the-line Titanium+ variant.
