Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) has announced the winners of the 22nd Mitsubishi Skills Olympics (MSO) held at the MMPC Training Center in Sta. Rosa Laguna. Not only does the competition display the expertise of Mitsubishi personnel but also the brand’s drive to improve after-sales services.
Mitsubishi concluded its 22nd Skills Olympics held last September 18 to 19
The MSO saw various winners from four different categories – Sales Hotshots, Service CRO, Service Advisers, and Service Technicians. The competition challenged Mitsubishi personnel through written and practical exams with cars like the Xpander Cross and Mirage G4 on the scene.
Here is the list of winners in their respective categories:
Sales Hotshots Category
- First Place: Shaun Manigas (Union Motor Corp.)
- Second Place: Sheryl Enriquez (Diamond Motor Corp.)
- Third Place: Allen Rench Alfonso (Blue Motor Corp.)
Service CRO Category
- First Place: Lester Madali (Union Motor Corp.)
- Second Place: Naia Adette Tabingo (Jabez Motor Corp.)
- Third Place: Nina Surposa (Fast Autoworld Phils. Corp.)
All MMPC dealers deployed their top personnel in the competition
Service Advisers Category
- First Place: Raymond Rivera (Carworld Inc.)
- Second Place: Allan Hermoso (Jabez Motor Corp.)
- Third Place: Ronnel Rebancos (Diamond Motor Corp.)
Service Technicians Category
- First Place: Darryl Afable (Gateway Motors Cebu Inc.)
- Second Place: Raymart Cruz (Freeway Motors Sales Baliuag Corp.)
- Third Place: Jose Irinco (Diamond Motor Corp.)
The winners of the Service Advisor and Service Technician categories will also fly to Japan to represent MMPC at the upcoming Mitsubishi Motors Global Service Skills Completion. Raymond Rivera and Darryl Afable will be training for the competition as they will go against other Mitsubishi Motors professionals from around the world.

Rivera and Afable will represent MMPC in Japan
Aside from the MSO, MMPC also partners with other firms to strengthen the after-sales knowledge of Filipinos. Last year, the company collaborated with the Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA) to host the Philippine National Skills Competition (PNSC).
