JMC’s roots hail back to 1947 as the Nanchang Motors Repair Factory. It started assembling vehicles in 1968 as JMC, and it came into a joint venture with Ford in the 199s. Fast forward to 2010, JMC launches its first-ever passenger vehicle, the Yusheng S350 SUV.
At present, JMC has a global presence with its commercial vehicles and pickup trucks. It has maintained a relationship with Ford in the context of its passenger car production in China.
The brand started its passenger car production with the Yusheng S350 SUV. Throughout the years, it has rolled out numerous commercial vehicles under the JMC nameplate.
