One month into the release of the facelifted Vios in the country, the design blueprint already made its way to Thailand. Toyota Motor Thailand recently launched the 2021 Yaris, the hatchback sibling of the Vios (or Ativ in Thailand).
The 2021 Toyota Yaris is offered with a base entry variant, mid-spec Sport variant, and top-spec Sport Premium variant.
The new 2021 Toyota Yaris
Looking at the new Yaris, the appealing dual-tone paint scheme is the first thing you’ll probably notice. Toyota Motor Thailand is offering the top-spec Yaris with four exterior colors along with a black roof.
It can have the following exterior colors: Platinum White Pearl, Red Mica Metallic, Citrus Mica Metallic, and Cyan Metallic.
Since the new Toyota Yaris comes with the front face design found in the facelifted Vios, the hatchback now displays a more aggressive look. The glossy black front grille and sharp LED headlights give the Yaris a strong, powerful, and composed demeanor.

With all the features said, Toyota absolutely brought the Yaris Thai-spec to a whole new level. As much as we love to have it here, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has yet to announce if the new Yaris will be brought here.
But, TMP has been launching new cars one after another. The most recent addition to TMP’s model lineup is the Corolla Cross, which is a five-seater compact crossover that’s available with a hybrid powertrain option.
