Subaru Philippines is coming to Clark, Pampanga this weekend with the Russ Swift Stunt Show.
Russ Swift is heading to Pampanga
The event will be headlined by world-renowned British precision stunt driver and Guinness World Record holder Russ Swift. His daredevil maneuvers have become a staple of the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) including the most recent edition, showcasing his driving skills as well as the capabilities of Subaru vehicles.
Sharing top billing with him on the Russ Swift Stunt Show are the all-new WRX, new BRZ, and facelifted Forester. The Subaru WRX is a compact sedan inspired by the brand’s enthusiasm over rally racing, while the facelifted Forester now boasts a more pronounced design and the latest version of the brand’s EyeSight Technology.
As for the new Subaru BRZ, the Japanese sports coupe now comes with a more potent 2.4-liter naturally-aspirated boxer-4 engine capable of generating 234 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque. Available with a 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmissions, the engine sends power exclusively to the rear wheels.
He will showcase the capabilities of Subaru vehicles
Swift has performed in various parts of the Philippines including Manila, Cebu, and Davao. The upcoming Russ Swift Stunt Show will be the first time the stunt driver will be performing in Northern Luzon. Attendees can look forward to Swift’s signature parking stunts, along with J-turns, donut maneuvers, and even a dance routine.
In addition, Subaru Philippines will allow test drive opportunities on a special track designed to showcase the brand’s latest technologies, two of which are the Subaru boxer engine and the brand’s advanced driver assistance system called the EyeSight Technology.
