The MMDA will be implementing a rerouting plan to ensure vehicular traffic continues to flow smoothly during the event, with several alternate routes for light vehicles:

  • Vehicles coming from Taft Ave. northbound lane or Ma. Orosa St. going to P. Burgos Ave. should turn right to Kalaw Ave. and then back to Taft Ave. towards their destination.
  • Vehicles coming from A. Mabini St. are likewise to turn right to Kalaw Ave., emerging at Taft Ave.
  • Vehicles coming from Pasay AOR towards Roxas Blvd. northbound lane should turn right at P. Ocampo St.
  • Vehicles coming from Delpan Bridge should turn left to A. Soriano Ave. going to Magallanes Drive.

Meanwhile, trucks and heavy vehicles will also be diverted to alternate routes:

  • Trailer trucks and heavy vehicles coming from Delpan Bridge should turn around Anda Circle towards the northbound lane of Mel Lopez Boulevard, emerging at C-3.
  • Trailer trucks and heavy vehicles coming from Pres. Quirino Ave. should go straight to Nagtahan Bridge  emerging at Lacson Ave., utilizing the old truck route.
