The importance of digitalization has been highlighted since the start of the pandemic. Automakers have adapted to the social distancing era, rolling out online platforms to continue reaching out to customers. Nissan Philippines, Inc. (NPI) is the latest to join the fray with the launching of the Nissan Assist.

Nissan Assist is NPI’s first customer service mobile app in the country. It is designed to provide a digital, end-to-end customer service experience for customers nationwide. Moreover, the app is part of the company’s digital transformation roadmap to integrate stakeholders into one online ecosystem.
“With Filipinos being no stranger to digital services, we know how important it is to adapt to their fast-paced and always online lifestyles. Nissan Assist furthers our commitment [to] improving the customer experience by bringing our services closer to them with just one click of their fingers,” said NPI president Juan Manuel Hoyos.
A one-stop mobile app for Nissan customers
For Nissan customers, the app provides an access to all services to make their car ownership experience more convenient. They can book various services in the comfort of their home which also promotes social distancing. Additionally, the app can alert users to the latest news, promos, and model launches.
But the Nissan Assist isn’t designed for customers only. Within the online platform, non-owners of Nissan vehicles can book a test drive, request a quote, and track car sales orders for an easier car buying experience. The app also allows them to read up on the brand’s models available in the local lineup.

The most significant feature of the Kicks is its e-Power tech, consisting of an electric motor, a battery, and an internal combustion engine (ICE) for charging purposes only.
“We see digitization and electrification as two important elements that must go hand in hand, putting customers at the heart of our business while also working towards electrified mobility,” added Hoyos.
