The new charging station is equipped with specialized facilities and manned by trained experts to serve owners of the Nissan LEAF. It is an addition to the growing charging infrastructure of the company, joining other dealerships in Makati, Otis Manila, Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig, Cebu, and Tagum and Matina in Mindanao.

Launched in our market in May 2021, the Nissan LEAF is a 5-door hatchback that boasts an all-electric powertrain. It comes with an electric motor capable of delivering 150 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque. As standard, a single-speed gear reduction system is used to send power from the motor to the front wheels.

It can be fully charged using a standard 220-volt electric outlet for 18.5 hours or an optional Wall Box Charger for 7.5 hours only. Moreover, Meralco Power Lab said that the EV can be fully charged for around Php 363.40 only based on its tests.
