The new website has been reworked to provide faster user interaction with visitors, as well as significantly improve the overall design. It has been added with customer tools so customers can easily make use of the services MMPC has to offer.
The ‘New Car Customer Tools’ allow visitors to select their preferred Mitsubishi vehicle and view its variants, colors, and specifications. Further enhancing the viewing experience is the new ‘Dynamic Vehicle Viewer’ that allows visitors to use MMPC’s Dynamic 360-degree Exterior and Interior Viewer.

With the new ‘Test Drive Booking, Quotation Request & Service Booking’ tool, visitors can now book test drives, service appointments, and request quotations from their preferred dealership at the comfort of their homes. The ‘Quick and Easy Dealer Locator’ tool also helps visitors find a Mitsubishi dealership that is nearest to their location.
MMPC said that in December this year, it will be integrating a Chat Bot functionality that allows visitors to instantly receive answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about the brand, its products, and services.
