Lotus Philippines, in partnership with the Autohub Group, has launched the Eletre R at the 11th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit (PEVS) at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City. The Lotus Eletre is a full-size luxury crossover that uses an all-electric powertrain.

Present in the ceremony were Autohub Group President Mr. Willy Tee Ten, Autohub Group Vice President for Public Relations Ms. Owee Cruz, Lotus Cars General Manager Jeff Lizardo, and Lotus Group Head for Southeast Asia Pacific Katya Zavialova.
“This launch marks another milestone in the partnership of Autohub Group and Lotus. I am so thrilled to unveil the Eletre, an innovative and progressive electric vehicle, especially during such a momentous time in the local electric vehicle landscape,” said Tee Ten.
The five-seater Lotus Eletre is one of the brand’s first electric vehicles (EV) following the discontinuation of its combustion engine car lineup such as the Elise, Exige, and Evora. The model is also deemed the world’s first hyper-SUV, which means it has a remarkable EV powertrain performance.
Interior of the Eletre
The Eletre can complete a zero to 100 km/h acceleration in under three seconds. It is made possible using a dual-motor setup capable of generating up to 905 horsepower and 985 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the four wheels via a full-time all-wheel-drive system with the brand’s ICC intelligent torque distribution.
With an 800-volt EV architecture and a 112 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, the electric crossover can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in 20 minutes only, and up to 120 km of range in just five minutes. Speaking of range, the model can run up to 600 km on a single charge based on WLTP (Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure) standards.
The Eletre combines performance and luxury
Lotus Philippines currently offers the Eletre R at an introductory price of Php 9,999,000 for a limited time. When that expires, the EV will be sold at a suggested retail price (SRP) of Php 10,499,000.
“The Lotus Eletre is a stunning showcase of the future of electric cars. I am so thrilled that Eletre’s cutting-edge technology and performance is coming to the Philippines,” said Zavialova.
