Unlike the real-life TGR event where racers use the One Make Race (OMR) Vios cars on a real track, the GT Cup is an e-racing event competed via the Gran Turismo video game. It is no less intense than real racing as the winners of the Philippine edition will go on to represent the country in the TGR GT Cup Asia Regional Finals.
