The Lamborghini Aventador is a series of strikingly attractive mid-engine premium sports cars built to run at an astonishing speed. In the Philippines, the Lamborghini Aventador is offered in the following variants: the Lamborghini Aventador S, the Lamborghini Aventador S Roadster, the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, and the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster. It is available in a wide array of colors with contemporary metallic or glossy pearl finishings.
Launch
The Lamborghini Aventador was initially revealed in Sant’Agata Bolognese in Italy. In February 2011, it was launched at the Geneva International Motor Show as a replacement for the Lamborghini Murcielago.
In 2012, the Italian premium carmaker announced the production of the roadster version fitted with a removable roof and consists of two carbon fiber panels.
In 2018, the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ was launched globally including the Philippines. It was introduced in the market a year after with only 900 units produced.

Exterior
The Lamborghini Aventador series measures 4,797mm to 4,943mm long, 2,030mm wide, and 1,136mm tall. It's a well-crafted masterpiece that effortlessly standouts at any road it sets on. It features a wide and low body, broad air intakes, highly-designed scissor doors, LED lights at the front and rear, electrically operated and heated side mirrors, an electric-adjustable rear spoiler, hexagonal tailpipes, and a set of finely-crafted 20-inch to 21-inch forged aluminum-alloy wheels.
Interior
The cabin of the Lamborghini Aventador is opulent, mixed with generous attributes of a finely-designed racing car cockpit. Notable highlights include Alcantara leather seats with power-adjusting features, trimmings of metal and carbon fiber, carbon-skin cabin treatment, dual-zone climate control, USB ports for charging, auto-dimming rearview mirror, perfectly-positioned toggle switches, paddle shifters, and a central tachometer.
Although it offers two seats, it provides a wide space for two fully grown adults.
Technology & Safety Features
The Lamborghini Aventador is fitted with a digital TFT display. Infotainment is based on the Audi Multimedia Interface with Bluetooth connectivity, Apple CarPlay, Aux input, text-to-speech system, and navigation with traffic details. As an option, it can be paired with a Sensonum sound system for a reasonable fee.
In terms of safety, it comes with a generous number of airbags, seat belts pretensioner, adaptive magnetorheological dampers, a rearview camera, parking sensors, a nose-lifting system, traction control, advanced stability control, tire pressure monitoring system, an anti-lock braking system, and more.
Platform & Chassis
The Lamborghini Aventador is built using a carbon fiber monocoque design. It is equipped with a Double Wishbone pushrod suspension at the front and rear. Its braking power is assisted by a 400mm ventilated carbon-ceramic disc at the front and 380mm ventilated carbon-ceramic disc at the rear.
Engine & Drivetrain
The Lamborghini Aventador series is built with an all-wheel-drive system. All vehicles utilize a 6.5-liter V12 engine. It is mated with a seven-speed automatic transmission and produces 729 to 759 horsepower.
