Launch
The Tata Ace was introduced in May 2005 to fill the demand for a compact, light, and economical truck that could carry loads over short distances. Three variants of the minivan were introduced: the Tata Ace, the Tata Super Ace, and the Tata Ace Zip. Since its official launch, the forward-thinking Indian automobile company gained success courtesy of the vehicle’s superb versatility and cost-effectiveness to small and medium enterprises. It also created a new segment in the automobile industry that other car manufacturers are trying to fill.
Locally, this acclaimed minivan was launched in 2017 through the partnership of Pilipinas Taj Autogroup, its local official distributor, and Tata Motors.

Exterior
This Tata Ace measures 3,800mm long, 1,500mm wide, and 1,845mm tall with a wheelbase of 2,100mm. As it is built solely to perform, the exterior of the Tata Ace is subtle yet possesses a ready-to-work vibe. Its front features a widely angled outside rear view mirror matched with a circular pair of headlights, two amber circular lights which function as turn lights, a narrow grille with two slots, and a durable black bumper with tow hook.
Its body is built with black door handles, window creases, rounded wheel arches, and a load carrier bay with elongated and perfectly lined-up slats. Its impressive 1,550 kilograms gross weight and 710 kilograms payload are ideal as it aids its fuel-efficiency capability plus it can carry a good number of loads for small to medium businesses.

Interior
Like its exterior, the cabin of the Tata Ace is plain but is equipped with driving necessities such as a well-built beige dashboard with instrument console, an ergonomic two-spoke black steering wheel, high positioned seats, wide windscreen for a good outside view, and an efficient air conditioning system.
