Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has adjusted the pricing for the locally available Hilux pickup truck. This applies to several of its fleet variants, all the way up to the Conquest.
The upcoming 2024 Toyota Hilux GR Sport
Starting with the fleet trims, the Hilux Cab and Chassis 2.4 4x2 MT and the Hilux J 2.4 4x2 MT received a price bump of Php 18,000, increasing their price to Php 879,000 and Php 989,000 respectively. The FX w/ Rear Aircon MT also saw a price increase of Php 100,000 and is now priced at Php 1,118,000, while the Cargo 4x2 MT now retails for Php 995,000 thanks to a Php 30,000 price bump.
The biggest price hike meanwhile, goes to the Hilux E 2.4 4x2 and the Conquest 4x2 and 4x4 variants. For the Hilux E MT, it saw an increase of Php 132,000 which upps its price to Php 1,306,000. For the Conquest 2.8 4x4 AT buyers will have to pay an additional Php 135,000 as its price tag was bumped up to Php 2,072,000. The Conquest 2.4 4x2 AT, in turn, increased by Php 107,000, so it now retails for Php 1,669,000.

Apart from the price changes, Toyota also shuffled the truck model’s lineup a bit with the addition of the Hilux E AT which is priced at Php 1,386,000. On the flipside, the Japanese brand dropped the Conquest 2.4 4x2 MT from the local market. For the model year 2024, the Hilux G is likewise getting an exterior look that appears similar to the Conquest, and its wheel size has increased from 17 inches to 18 inches. The Hilux Conquest trims, in turn, are getting a larger nine-inch touchscreen.

Of note, the price update for the Hilux also coincides with the impending launch of the updated Hilux GR Sport which is already added to the official TMP site. It is now priced at Php 2,166,000, and it gets a more powerful 2.8-liter turbodiesel engine which can now deliver 223 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque. It also gets a widened track, beefier fender flares, new monotube shock absorbers, an improved six-speed automatic transmission, etc.
