The Philippine National Police (PNP) has recently acquired several new vehicles. These are a part of its logistical enhancement program and are set on providing police officers more mobility. This in turn, will allow for the needed police visibility in many parts of the country.

In total, the acquisition cost for these vehicles tallied up to Php 35.3 million. And according to PNP officer-in-charge Lt. Gen. Vicente Danao Jr., the said fund is a portion of the increased budget allocated for fiscal year 2021.
The said 4x4 personnel carriers will then be sent to eight municipal stations, all of which are located in the Aurora province. Specifically, they will be allocated to Baler, Casiguran, Dipaculao, Dingalan, Dilasag, Dinalungan, Maria Aurora, and San Luis.
