Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has been hands-on in finding ways to continuously connect with its customers amid quarantine restrictions. Last year, the Japanese automaker launched its MyToyota PH online tool that customers can use to book a service appointment, receive maintenance reminders, and more.

Upgraded myTOYOTA app

Now, TMP enhanced its online customer service by rolling out its latest upgraded mobile app called the myTOYOTA. It provides a unified platform to enable Toyota customers to access all information and services necessary, from car buying to after-sales and maintenance with a touch of their fingertips.

“Part of our commitment to providing ever-better products and services is continuously improving the customer experience – from inquiring about your dream Toyota, acquiring and taking care of your vehicle, and moving on to your next Toyota,” said TMP First Vice President Sherwin Chualim.

A more convenient way to maintain Toyota vehicles

The myTOYOTA app offers a virtual showroom that features all Toyota vehicles with their specifications. Within the virtual showroom, users of the app can take a look at their desired vehicle with its 360-degree viewer. They can also use its configurator that allows users to choose the available color options and other compatible accessories for their chosen vehicle.

Another feature the upgraded app offers is a more convenient way of managing after-sales services and programs. Toyota customers can check for available service schedules, choose their preferred date, and easily keep track of their vehicle’s preventive maintenance schedules (PMS).

Do it all in one app

Additionally, users of the app are given access to view their Toyota vehicle’s service history, repair status, order and check out service packages, and promos. They can cancel or reschedule the service book as well.

The myTOYOTA app is now available for free on App Store and Google Play. It is one of the many ways TMP shows its commitment to providing the best car ownership experience to its valued customers with regard to health and safety protocols.
