Suzuki Auto Baguio is now open

Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong was present during the opening ceremony of Suzuki Auto Baguio. Mayor Magalong believes that the new Suzuki dealership in the City of Pines will be beneficial both for Baguio residents as well as the city itself.

Magalong noted that Suzuki PH’s selection of compact vehicles is aligned with the city’s vision for sustainable and efficient urban mobility. He also said that Suzuki’s compact cars could be one of the solutions to alleviating traffic in the city of Baguio.

“Because of the huge problem of traffic in the city of Baguio, we acknowledge that one of the major solutions is to encourage our residents to use compact cars,” Mayor Magalong commented.

Suzuki S-Presso AGS

The S-Presso AGS is one of the compact cars in Suzuki PH’s current model lineup. It’s a pint-sized vehicle that’s powered by a new 1.0-liter K10C gasoline engine that delivers 67 horsepower and 90 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to Suzuki’s Auto Gear Shift (AGS) technology, which has an electronic actuator to shift gears. With the AGS, the driver no longer needs to manually step on the clutch pedal to change or shift gears.

The S-Presso AGS also has an Engine Auto Start Stop (EASS) system. The EASS shuts down the engine when you come to a complete stop, which could help you get better fuel economy. It also has the following safety features: electronic stability program, hill hold control, an anti-lock braking system with electronic brakeforce distribution, dual airbags, and rear parking sensors.

The Suzuki Auto Baguio dealership is located at No. 5 Marcos Highway, Sto. Tomas Proper. The showroom and the service shop are open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
