Isuzu PH completes Pagbilao dealership Phase 1 renovation

Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) reopens the Isuzu Pagbilao dealership with improved facilities.

New Isuzu Pagbilao dealership

Present in the reopening ceremony were key officials from IPC and its dealer partner, MBT Autoworx Corporation, including IPC President Noboru Murakami, IPC Pagbilao President Marcel Tolentino, and MBT Autoworx Business Partner – Engr. Roberto De Vero. It is also graced by Municipal Mayor of Pagbilao Hon. Angelica Portes-Tatlonghari.

“Providing the best customer satisfaction has always been one of our main goals, and I believe that the new design philosophy of IPC will create an overall impact on our dealer performance, especially customer handling,” said Mr. Marcel Tolentino.

The renovations made on the dealership are under Phase 1. It includes the revamping of the showroom and service fascia, tower signage, and sales reception area in accordance with the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS). This aims to provide “a more conducive atmosphere for smoother business flow and better customer journey.” Meanwhile, Phase 2 focuses on the interior, and is expected to be done by the second quarter of next year.

The outlet is celebrating its fourth anniversary

Seated on around 11,000 sqm. of lot area, the revamped Isuzu Pagbilao boasts a generous front parking area and a spacious service center to cater to all service requirements of customers. It also comes with a showroom area that can display the company’s trucks and light commercial vehicles (LCVs).

Two of these models are the mu-X and D-Max. The Isuzu mu-X is a midsize SUV that had a complete overhaul last year, while the D-Max is the Japanese automaker’s entry into the pickup truck segment. Both Isuzu trucks can be handy for customers residing in Quezon Province, especially those working in the agriculture industry.

Aside from the relaunching ceremony, the dealership also conducted a turnover ceremony of 10 units of the Isuzu NLR85 Refrigerated Van to Padilla Reefervan Corporation and one unit of Isuzu mu-X LS AT to Mr. Paulo Bancolta. This was done as a gesture of appreciation to the dealer’s customers.

“With their year-on-year sales growth, it is just fitting that we bring this good performance to the next level by introducing that new innovative and conducive IOS environment,” said Mr. Murakami.

The Isuzu Pagbilao dealership is located at Brgy. Bukal along Pagbilao’s Quezon main highway. It is open from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
