As many of you might be aware, the latest iteration of the HR-V five-door crossover is already available in Japan as the Honda Vezel. Based on what we’ve seen so far, the aforementioned Honda model looks great as it is.
Then again, Mugen, a Japan-based automotive performance company, released body kits for the HR-V. The kits provide the car a more athletic look, which isn’t that juvenile-looking, but it does give the model a sportier appeal. The said kit also provides the HR-V some performance parts.
The 2022 Honda HR-V Urban Style Package
Apart from that, Honda Access released two new style packages for the all-new HR-V called the Urban Style and Casual Style. The new style packages provide a less sporty appeal but it gives the all-new HR-V a more elegant look.
Included in both packages is a new mesh grille with hexagonal patterns. This is a stark contrast to the plain horizontally oriented slats found on the regular HR-V. Also included are a front and rear bumper attachment, and trim pieces for the side. Like the Mugen kit, the Urban and Casual packages also have a tailgate spoiler.

Besides the exterior goodies, these two packages also provide the HR-V with a set of Kenwood speakers, wheel lock nuts, floor mats, trunk mats, child-seat related accessories, sport pedals, seat covers, as well as a dashcam.
One can also choose several keyfob designs for the HR-V. These range from having funky and cute color schemes, to sporty and clad in a carbon fiber-ish color.
The 2022 Honda HR-V in stock form
The 2022 Honda HR-V/Vezel is a five-seater crossover that uses a 1.5-liter inline-4 gasoline engine. It can either come with a gasoline-only powertrain, or with a 1.5-liter gasoline hybrid.
So, what do you think of the Urban and Casual Style packages for the Honda HR-V? Do you prefer the sportier Mugen kits, or do you prefer these two elegant looking packages?
