If you regularly ply the Bonifacio Monument Circle located in Caloocan, then be aware that it will be closed off to traffic beginning midnight of June 12. Apart from that, portions of EDSA, McArthur Highway, Rizal Avenue, and Samson Road will also be closed off to motorists during the length of the event in question.

Due to this, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is suggesting alternate routes in order to avoid traveling delays and other similar inconveniences.

  • For those coming from the Sangandaan Samson Road and heading towards EDSA and Manila, they can instead pass through Heroes Del 96 Street, make a left to 10th Avenue, then continue to their destination.
  • Those coming from Rizal Ave. heading to McArthur can instead turn left to 10th Ave., then make a right to Heroes Del 96 St., then right to Samson Road. After which, one can make a left to Dagohoy, then left to Caimito Road, then right to Langka Street then continue onwards to their destination.
  • For those heading to EDSA, pass through 10th Ave., then make a left towards B. Serrano before continuing on to EDSA.
  • Those coming from EDSA in turn, can use Samson Road before making a right to MacArthur, then left towards Gen. Pascual, then towards one’s destination.
