The new Toyota light commercial vehicle is off to a good start.

Behind every thriving business is a reliable mobility provider that delivers goods and products to customers. Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is House of Fruitas' chosen partner as it acquired new units of the Lite Ace FX.

Through Toyota Makati Inc., (TMI), House of Fruitas received three of its first batch of the Lite Ace FX units. The light commercial vehicle (LCV) units are said to be used to mobilize people, equipment, and transport raw materials efficiently within Metro Manila and Metro Cebu.

"A lot of customers rely on us to provide them with high-quality products that are clean, convenient, and served fresh daily while ensuring price affordability. In order to do this, we also need reliable partners like Toyota for us to operate smoothly on a daily basis," said House of Fruitas Founder and CEO Lester C. Yu.

The Toyota Lite Ace FX is one of the four configurations available in the local market. Its main feature is the seating configuration that can accommodate 10 people at the back and two at the front. Unlike the Panel Van configuration, glass windows are installed in the FX in case passengers want an open-air ride experience.

Propelling House of Fruitas' operations forward is a 1.5-liter 2NR-VE inline-4 gasoline engine good for 97 horsepower and 134 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. This powertrain setup is standard across all Lite Ace configurations, namely Panel Van, Pickup, FX, and Cargo.

"Natuwa kami nang malaman namin ang pananabik ng House of Fruitas noong lumalabas ang balita na magkakaroon ng bagong 2022 Toyota Lite Ace FX. Taos puso ang aming pasasalamat sa kanilang masigabong pagtanggap sa aming bagong produkto na tunay na makatutulong sa mga lumalaking kumpanya tulad nila," said Toyota Makati General Manager Lee Junia.

(We're glad to hear House of Fruitas' excitement when we announced the launching of the new 2022 Toyota Lite Ace FX. We are very grateful for their warm welcome to our new product that can help a big company like theirs).
