Ford PH sold 7,531 units in the first quarter of 2024

Taking the leading spot in Ford PH’s sales is the Ranger pickup truck. 

Ford Philippines reports that it saw a total of 7,531 total vehicles sold for the first three months of 2024. This represents a 28 percent increase over the same period last year. 

Ford Ranger

According to the Blue Oval brand, its leading model for the first quarter of the year is the Ford Ranger with 3,290 units sold. Out of that figure, 2,166 units belong to the 4x4 pickup truck segment. 

Following the Ranger is the Everest mid-size SUV with 2,713 units sold. As per Ford PH, this is equivalent to 96 percent growth in sales compared to the same period last year. 

The Ford Territory compact crossover SUV likewise maintained a strong position in its segment with 1,433 units sold for the first quarter of 2024. 

According to Ford Philippines Managing Director Mike Breen, the brand is off to a strong start in 2024. So with that said, Breen has expressed his thanks to the brand’s customers for their continuing trust and loyalty, and to Ford PH’s dealers and partners for their support and hard work. 

“The second quarter will be a busy period for us as we continue to enrich the Filipino mobility lifestyle with our segment-leading vehicles and innovative service offerings,” Breen added. 

Ford Everest

As per Ford PH, its new 5-Star Care Package for the Territory Titanium has helped in making the said model more attractive to car buyers. This was launched back in April 2024, and it provides a complimentary five-year scheduled service plan and a 5-year emergency roadside assistance package. These go on top of the brand’s standard five-year warranty. 

Ford PH likewise introduced its Battery Program this year. Under this initiative, clients can buy affordable car batteries starting at just Php 6,300. This goes along with free labor on installation and an extended warranty of up to 24 months. Of note, this program is available for current owners of the EcoSport, Everest, Fiesta, Focus, Ranger, and Territory until June 30, 2024. 

Last but not least, Ford is continuing to expand its lineup of American-made vehicles with the impending launch of the next-generation Mustang in May 2024. Also, the Mustang and the upcoming Bronco SUV are already available for reservation from Ford PH’s online portal.
