As for the hardware, the CX-5 is powered by 2.0L and 2.5L SKYACTIV-G engines. The 2.0L unit knocks out 153 hp and 200 Nm of torque whereas the bigger one gives an output of 185 hp and the peak torque of 250 Nm.
