According to the latest car news, Nissan 370z 2020 50th Anniversary vehicle itself, it features the red colored livery of the #46 BRE car that won SCCA championships a long time ago. Other than that, silver with black accent version is also available.

The 370z 50th Anniversary Edition is not changed and still has that sleek, low slung profile that the 370z and its past iterations had. Most notably with the Nissan 370Z are its upswept quarter-window design and its low roofline giving the car not only that distinctive sporty coupe look but also the body rigidity and stability that it needs for spirited driving.
