The Vios remains to be the best-selling Toyota in the Philippines as it posted 24,466 units sold from January to September 2021. In total, Toyota Motor Philippines has sold 91,925 vehicles so far. The current sales numbers of the car brand is better as compared to its performance last year, which registered 63,183 units sold.

Based on Toyota PH’s data, the closest Toyota model to the Vios is the Hilux with 13,300 units sold. Coming in close in third is the Wigo with 12,606 units sold. Completing the fourth, and the fifth spot are the Innova and the Rush with 9,501, and 9,423 units sold respectively.
The sales chart also shows that there were no takers for the Prius hybrid so far for this year. In contrast to that, people were actually keen on jumping on the new Toyota GR Yaris hot hatch as the brand already managed to sell 100 units of the said model. That said though, this comes as no surprise as only 130+ units were allocated for the Philippine market, and reservations for it have already been filled up.
Coming in second place for the total units sold so far this year is the Toyota Hilux
The top three Toyota vehicles in terms of unit sales in September 2021 alone are still the Vios, Hilux, and Wigo, which show a similar trend to the car brand’s best-sellers from January to September 2021.

The Toyota Rush then takes fourth place with 1,121 units. In total, Toyota managed to sell 9,891 for the month of September 2021.
