The PH-spec Mustang hasn’t been offered with manual gearbox for a long time, which greatly upsets car enthusiasts in the local market. That is why Ford PH has decided to appease its adoring fans.

Coming along with the existing standard 10-speed automatic, a redesigned 6-speed manual transmission will jump into the range. The manual will be provided with a twin-disc clutch and a dual mass flywheel, contributing to boosting torque capability and making clutch operation easier.
However, the manual will not be offered for the 2.3 EcoBoost, it will be installed in only the V8-powered GT.

For additional information, the Ford Mustang 2018 receives a fresh look and upgraded technology and engine. The 2.3 turbo 4-cylinder EcoBoost mill still cranks out 310 hp but now produces up to 475 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the Coyote V8 engine is improved in both torque and power, doling out 454 hp and 569 Nm of torque.
