Geely Rosario La Union opens as brand’s 36th dealership in PH

Geely Philippines opens a new dealership in Rosario, La Union, a first for the company this year.

The Geely La Union is the Chinese car brand’s 36^th dealership nationwide, expanding its presence in the province of L.U. It is operated and managed by Laus Group of Companies, making the dealership the second for the company following Geely Bacolor in Pampanga.

“We’re very excited to have the 2^nd outlet that Laus Group of Companies operate this time. Geely La Union will be the latest in the wave of dealerships we’ve inaugurated in the past three years, making Geely cars accessible to more people,” said SGAP President and CEO Yugo Kiyofuji.

The new dealership is a 1,327 sqm. outlet capable of accommodating six vehicles in its service shop. It will hold services such as preventive maintenance schedules (PMS). Moreover, the dealer is built with a showroom that can display up to six cars.

Geely Coolray

With it, people residing around the dealership can get to know more about the automaker’s models in the local lineup. These include the Azkarra, Emgrand, and Okavango. It is also joined by the Coolray, a subcompact crossover that has been Geely Philippines’ best-selling model since its arrival in 2019.

Among the features of the Coolray include Active Park Assist, a 360-degree camera view, and a powered tailgate with an angle-memory function. It also uses a 1.5-liter 3-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine with 177 horsepower and 255 Nm of torque.

“We see this as a continuing momentum for the brand as we work to expand our vehicle lineup this year and bring in another model that will be a game changer yet again” added Kiyofuji.

Geely Emgrand

Interested individuals can visit the Geely La Union dealership along McArthur Highway, Rosario, La Union. It is open from Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
