Foton Motor Philippines, Inc. (FMPI) is offering enhanced after-sales services such as a 3-day Spare Parts Delivery Guarantee promo and the 24/7 Foton EC Mobile Truck On-site Service until the end of the year. These services are part of FMPI’s commitment to further improve mobility in the country.
The 3-Day Spare Parts Guarantee promo aims to deliver the parts needed by a customer faster and more efficiently. If the ordered Foton parts did not arrive within three days, then customers will receive either free preventive maintenance service (PMS) parts or a free item.

The free PMS parts include a free oil filter, air filter, and fuel filter. Meanwhile, the free item includes a free Foton T-shirt. Of note, FMPI made it clear that the count will start within working days only. This means that Sundays and non-working holidays are not included.
On the other hand, the 24/7 Foton EC Mobile Truck On-site Service provides assistance for Foton vehicle owners while still complying with the government’s COVID-19 safety protocols.
This on-site service offers PMS, onboard electronic troubleshooting and diagnosis, and repairs related to aircon, engine electrical, mechanical, and under chassis.

The Foton EC Mobile is equipped with essential tools to provide customers with the said services. These tools include a 3.5-kilowatt generator set, 1.5 hp air compressor, precession hand tools, two large capacity oil pans to avoid spillage, impact wrench, and light bulbs for night services.
